1. Delivery time is normally around eight to ten weeks, but can vary according to work load and how complicated the piece is. I can give an accurate estimate at the time of ordering. |
2. Timber is of course a natural product and so each board has unique figuring and colour variations. This is all part of the individual character of timber and not a fault. |
3. Measurements of standard products are approximate and may vary slightly. |
4. Standard products are to be paid for by cheque in full when ordering. A non refundable deposit of approximately half the total value is payable when ordering a bespoke commissioned item, the remainder is payable when the completed item is delivered to you. Ownership of the goods remains with the vendor
until full payment is made.

| 5. Items will be despatched on notification to you that they are complete. In many cases I will make suitable arrangements with you and deliver the item to you myself. |
| 6. Any damage to the product must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and photographic proof provided. |
